Lisa, we did receive your phone call, but I thought that writing a response would be better, and more permanent than simply returning the call.

Ruth and I are very appreciative of your professionalism in assisting us in listing, showing and closing on our Hermosa Beach home as expediantly as you did. Frankly, we were thrilled that your research showed a higher listing price than ours did, but we were concerned that we might have priced it too high and we knew that we wanted to sell as quickly as possible. As it turns out, you were right on the money, yet several bidders were willing to go higher than we listed it at!

To say that we were pleased with you personally and the entire transaction would be a gross understatement. Being out of state sellers, we had to fall back on you to do much of the completion work yourself...and you never complained or charged us for your additional efforts, which we happen to know were very time consuming. Additionally, you covered the expenses on much of the work out of your own pocket until we could come to town and repay you. In reality, we got far more than we bargained for.

Some people often think that realtors earn too much money, while others complain that your job is too easy.. Our experience was diametric to those beliefs; The transaction ended up costing us far less due to your brilliant handling of the accelerated bidding on the property. Closing this transaction was not easy and we watched from afar as you skillfully negotiated in our best interest each step of the way.

We couldn't have done this without you and we thank you for the dedication you excuded. If we purchase again or decide to sell our other home, we will definitely consider using you again. More than just a realtor, in this instance, we felt that you became a business partner. "Thanks" seems so trite, but we mean it from our hearts. We wish you continued success in all of your endeavors!
