Marketing Plan of Action

My goal is to attain the highest price possible for your property within the shortest time frame.  In order to achieve this, a comprehensive marketing plan must be implemented.  Some of the components of this plan are summarized here for you to see exactly how I plan to execute this goal.

1. Actively market your home to over 450 Shorewood agents working with potential buyers.
2. Submit your listing to the Multiple Listing Service; including appealing indoor photos.
3. Prepare your property to be previewed on Shorewood’s weekly Caravan.
4. Prepare your property to be previewed by cooperating brokers on Brokers Open House.
5. Develop a list of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating agents to use while showing the property to potential buyers.
6. Knock on over 200 doors and send out “Just Listed” mailers to the surrounding neighborhood to inform them that your property is on the market.
7. Hold Open Houses as often as you choose.
8. Advertise in local newspapers including the Daily Breeze More San Pedro Edition.
9. Advertise on Shorewood’s website and my personal website.
10. Assist in getting as many pre-qualified buyers as possible into your home until it is sold.
11. Communicate with you regularly regarding the results of our activities.
12. Follow up on a daily basis with cooperating realtors that have shown your home to potential buyers.
13. Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval and also a copy of all advertisements before they are published and distributed.
14. Represent you during the presentation of all contracts by agents and help you in negotiating the best possible price and terms for your home.
15. Handle all follow up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all closing procedures.
16. Deliver your check at the close of escrow.
